This paper present the results of an experimental study on the effects of sintering schedule on the mechanical properties and microstructures of Fe-Cr-Al alloy formed through warm powder compaction route. The samples were prepared using iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), and aluminum (Al) powder to attain a weight percentage composition of Fe67Cr22Al11. The powder mixtures were then compacted at a temperature of 200°C and was later sintered in an argon gas fired furnace at sintering temperatures of 600°C, 750°C and 900°C for 90 minutes. The sintered products were then subjected to density measurement, flexure strength test as well as microstructure analysis through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of the sintering schedule on the characteristics of sintered samples have been studied. The results revealed that the suitable sintering temperature is 600°C which generated products with higher bending strength, lower volumetric expansion, and better microstructure.en_US
