dc.description.abstract—Many organizations have realized the potential benefits offered by knowledge management (KM). However, one of the challenges they have to face is cultural change. Effective KM requires significant change in culture that is employees are expected to be willing to share their knowledge. Implementing culture changes require culture readiness. Therefore, it is essential for the organization to conduct culture readiness assessment to evaluate whether the organization is ready to face cultural change for KM initiatives. This paper proposes a research model by considering critical culture factors in dimensions of organizational and individual culture for knowledge sharing (KS). In addition, the instruments used to measure the cultural readiness for knowledge sharing also presented.en_US
