Self-administration questionnaire was used as a quantitative instrument to collect the data. The simple random sample of 30 employees from Jordan industrial estate company (JIEC) was the sample for this study. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study shows a positive relationship between strategic leadership and organization performance</description>

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effects of eco- innovation on organization performance in Jordan. A questionnaire is used as a quantitative instrument to collect the data. The simple random sample of 381 employees from Jordan industrial estate corporation (JTEC) is the targeted sample for this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed to determine the relationship between the variables. The results of this study reveal if there is an influence of eco- innovation on organization performance and if the influence is positive.</description>

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to investigate the stability study on shelf life of Spicy Shrimp Paste (Sambal Belacan) from Dapur Ibu Kampung Style. A storage study of the product was done from 6 months to 1 year. The analytical testing with random sampling was conducted. The laboratory analysis done on the product were the determination of preservative of the product, total dietary fibre, total calories (including energy, fat, protein, moisture, ash and carbohydrate), pH and total plate counts. The study reveals that there was no preservative (benzoic / sorbic acid) in the samples, and the total dietary fibre value was acceptable. The total analyzed calories of the samples were as per commercial labels of the products. The pH reading stated that the product was acidic and acceptable. The most important factor of the analysis is the point that the total plate counts and the results were acceptable and the microbiological analysis must not exceeding 104 cfu/g. Therefore, the stability study on shelf life of Spicy Shrimp Paste (Sambal Belacan) from Dapur Ibu Kampung Style could be extended from 6 months to 1 year.</description>

Abstract: As technological development increase nowadays,&#xD;
consideration towards Tribotronics or active Tribology&#xD;
implementation is crucial for industrial monitoring system. The&#xD;
implementation of sensing element for Pin-On-Disc (POD)&#xD;
Tribometer has improved significantly, especially in terms of&#xD;
real-time data collection. The Tribotronics system (Figure 1)&#xD;
existed in Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) provides with&#xD;
two sensing elements, which is S-type load cell for force&#xD;
monitoring system and speed encoder for rotating disc speed&#xD;
measurement. This paper presents the newly added sensor,&#xD;
thermocouple, it is as part of the Tribotronic system on POD&#xD;
Tribometer focusing on the development of the Tribotronics&#xD;
temperature. The thermocouple is capable in measuring&#xD;
temperature in the POD Tribometer which is directly connected&#xD;
to the data logger (picolog). Finally, the data collection is&#xD;
interpreted and analyzed by using Matlab software.</description>
