Preparation of traffic management plan during construction of T-junction at UNITEN main gate

Abstract

This Traffic Management Plan during Construction is a project specific document that presents the traffic management strategies based on the requirements of the projects and in accordance with the Arahan Teknik procedures. This Plan assesses existing traffic conditions and details how traffic is managed for each situation where works interact with traffic. The term, traffic considers all vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians and etc. The main objective of the project to prepare a traffic management plan for Uniten has been achieved. The management of the traffic flow during upgrading construction is the most challenging issue in the project. With the proper traffic management plan, we could reduce the cost spending in the project and mitigation of accident.
