| Abstract: | Based upon the review of the available documents, extensive surveys along strategic routes and at strategic points are necessary for additional data in order to establish correct and accurate representative of present traffic demand. A practical traffic survey programmed has been prepared to enable efficient data collection and sufficient time for data checking and processing is allocated. Traffic data will be collected on a typical working day avoiding the weekends, school and public holidays for typical representation of actual conditions. A one (1) month period is allocated for traffic surveys subjected to permissible weather and also approval from the Local Police. |
