| Abstract: | Telecommuniting has been premoted extensively in the US and Europe especially after the incident of 9 September. Most workers were skeptical of going to work of not knowing they are coming back home to meet their love ones or not. Thus, telecommuting has been recognized as the immediate solution on the workers security, terrorism trauma, and unavailability of office space. Moreover, telecommuting is the new way of doing works from distance or remote office. Further, the telecommuting concept can be incorporated in the human resource policies. This paper will discuss on the perspective of adapting telecommuting concept towards work flexibility and specifically towards the Workers financial incentives. |
