Abstract

The emerging of Information Technology in the world had caused the learning techniques to be changed from traditional teacher-centered to learner-centered. Nowadays, there are many learning software available in the market, which are designed for learning purpose. These learning softwares can be categorized according to adults, teenagers and children. In general, learning a languange using CD-ROM is not something new in many Western countries.
