| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this project is to acquire a communication system that is error-free using the micro controller unit (MCU) as a means of checking for errors in the data transferral process from one personal computer (PC) to another. The RS-232 interface is thus utilized in accomplishing the desired task for this serial communication link. This standard allows for a single-ended transmission and thus, the data is sent through two wires, a transmitting wire, and a receiving wire. | en |
