Abstract:
Audio noise is a general problem in many work enviroment. In this project, an experimental setup was successfully built to carry out experiments to obtain the damping coefficient of different materials. This test was aimed at analyzing the effects of external factors on the damping material characteristisc. Factors such as temperature, frequency, cyclic dynamic strain and static pre-load could vary the damping material properties but frequency is the main factor in this experiment.
